Healthy, velvety, smooth chocolate mousse

It has been quite a while since my last post: I was studying for law exams, I started a new job and I went on holiday, but I am back with a great recipe:)

This recipe features raw cacao powder. Raw cacao or raw chocolate is made from cold-pressed, unroasted cacao beans. The process keeps the living enzymes in the cacao and other beneficial molecules which break down in the process of prolonged heat exposure. The studies that boast of chocolate’s amazing health benefits are not referring to your average store-bought chocolate bars. Quinoa avocado sushi

Who doesn’t love sushi? I think it’s one of the few meals you could wake me up for in the middle of the night. Although, it takes a little practice, but creating your own custom sushi can be such a fun and very rewarding activity. Last week I had a great time with a lovely friend while making some quinoa avocado sushi rolls.
